In the car park area stainless steel pipe was installed for the cold water services.  Pure foil was wrapped along the pipe and fittings before trace heating and insulation were applied.  This was then protected with aluminium cladding in the car park and tank rooms.  PIB was installed on the external pipework as per clients request. Firestopping was carried out on the pipework that penetrated fire rated walls. Materials used for this were pipe collars, mastic and batts.
