Services: New build residential complex

This was a fast moving project, providing insulation services to the main infrastructure service. This comprised of the main energy centre and chiller plantroom for the whole complex, the basement and plant rooms for towers N8 N9 N10 N12, first floor amenities and public areas.  All pipework services were insulated using phenolic section or slotted sections.  All insulation up to 2 metres from FFL was metal clad for protection, and the external pipework covered with black Proclad.  Valve jackets of various colours to match the insulation finish were installed.  Trace heating circuits were applied to the chilled and cold water services, with the sprinkler system having two circuits installed.  Oversize insulation sections were installed with slotted sections being utilized where oversize sections were not suitable. PIB was installed to sprinkler pipework to entrances and exists to the car park.
